An external company completes annual and bi annual services on emergency lighting, fire alarm and extinguishers. Due to the size and complexity of the site I was concerned areas may be missed.
Created clear zone alarm plans to scale. Installed fire document boxes next to each alarm (see below).

All smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting mapped on scale plans of the corresponding building so service engineers can confirm nothing is missed.
New fire log books and staff trained on how to preform weekly and monthly checks
Fire grab bag - containing staff register and a pack to hand to fire brigade incase of fire. Includes full site plan with hazardous materials, main utilities shut off points etc
