Continual professional development for Architects
These events were created to introduce Bence Builders Merchants and its customers to architects by providing a valuable learning resource from several of their suppliers at one single event. Architects are required to complete a set amount of CPDs per year. I've organised several of these days so far with three suppliers presenting each and architects were contacted by post and email. Print media, emails, webpage and Eventbrite listing were created to encourage Architects & Developers to sign up.

Annual Golf Day
The Bence annual golf day is held every year at Brickhampton Golf Complex. There are usually in excess of 90 players.
Arranging involves:
Planing, inviting, confirming RSVPS, arranging team lists, managing the day, photography and working out scores for the awards for the final presentation.
All details were stored in a spreadsheet so mail merge could be use periodically to chase RSPV's players names and handicaps.
