Responsibilities
Sourcing exterior cantilever racking. Originally specified to be a different orientation however after discussions with our stock control manager it was decided to order as one continuous run.
Sourced internal racking and shelving.
All signage + installation
Waste removal & continuous waste management.
Merchandising areas of shop & over stock areas. Assisting new staff using system after branch opening.
Grand Opening 3rd october 2025
6 suppliers were arranged to attend and help cover the cost of the hog roast and advertising used to promote the opening. DIY balloon arch which didn't quite survive being dragged through the shop after inflating! Flyers, posters and email mailouts were created to promote the day and the opening of the new branch.
